abstract | FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building. According to first embodiment friction transmission belt contains film from thermoplastic resin and powdered layer, arranged on thermoplastic resin film surface side. Powdered layer includes powder particles with reduced friction coefficient, submerged into thermoplastic resin film, powder particles with reduced friction coefficient, located on thermoplastic resin film surface and open outwards, and powder particles with reduced friction coefficient, agglomerated and adhering onto powder particles with reduced friction coefficient. According to second embodiment belt contains powdered layer, formed in advance by sputtering of powder particles with reduced friction coefficient onto belt molding die mold forming surface. Belt transmission system comprises friction transmission belt and plurality of pulleys, around which friction belt transmission belt housing is wrapped.
