titleOfInvention Method of surgical management of macular holes using autologous platelet-rich plasma and method of its obtaining
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely ophthalmic surgery, and can be used in surgical management of idiopathic macular retinal ruptures by blocking rupture with autologous, platelet enriched plasma. Vitrectomy is made, including removal of posterior hyaloid membrane, removal of internal limiting membrane and retina tamponade of vitreous cavity with gas, for this purpose exchange of previously introduced irrigation solution for air is made at first by active aspiration of solution then, remaining layer solution corresponding to 2–3 diameters of macula, is passively aspirated by means of cannula, inside of which there is silicone tube with end sections, forming petals. Defect of macule is blocked by applying of autothrombotic mass on rupture area, in completion air is changed for gas. Wherein active aspiration of solution is performed in two approaches: first, aspirated solution to level of equator, then for 5 minutes no actions are carried out, which means “drying” of vitreous body, then again remaining solution is actively aspirated to level, at which diameter of remaining layer corresponds to 2–3 diameters of macula, then passive aspiration is made, bringing edges of macular rupture, and rupture is blocked with autologous, plasma enriched with platelets, obtained according to developed method. n EFFECT: group of inventions enables to close anatomically macular rupture and to restore functional capacity of foveal retina. n 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
