abstract | FIELD: construction. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of fine-grained concrete mixtures, including sand, used to make concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Concrete mixture, including cement, fine quartz sand with particle size 0–0.5 mm, carbonate-silicic gaize and water, according to invention contains crushed carbonate-silicic gaize of fraction 0–5.0 mm having following granulometric composition, wt%: 1.6…2.2 (2.5–5.0 mm); 7.8…9.3 (1.25–2.5 mm); 20.1…22.0 (0.63–1.25 mm); 3.3…10.2 (0.315–0.63 mm); 11.6…12.4 (0.16–0.315 mm); 46…48 (less than 0.16 mm), with following ratio of components, wt%: cement 4.6–16.7, said quartz sand 59.6–60.5, said carbonate-silicic gaize 12.1–14.7, water – balance. n EFFECT: technical result is low cement consumption and high crack resistance of sand concrete after heat and moisture treatment. n 1cl, 1 tbl |
