titleOfInvention Method of producing sodium salt of (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing synthetic biologically active derivatives of carbopentoxysulphanilic acid. Method involves obtaining a sodium salt of (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid, which involves synthesis of (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid by mixing 2,6-dichloroaniline and pyridine, further adding to mixture an acid chloride of carbopentoxysulphanilic acid, mixing reaction mass in a medium acidified with hydrochloric acid, extraction of precipitate, its washing and drying, as well as subsequent synthesis of sodium salt of (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid by mixing solutions in ethyl alcohol of sodium hydroxide and (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid, mixing obtained mixture, distillation of ethyl alcohol and drying precipitate; according to invention, reaction mass when producing (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid is mixed in a medium acidified with hydrochloric acid solution to pH 5-5.5; washing of separated precipitate can be performed with water acidified with hydrochloric acid solution to pH 5-5.5. n EFFECT: high output of sodium salt of (2,6-dichlorophenyl)amide carbopentoxysulphanilic acid of up to 70 % (for comparison, in a prototype output is equal to 32 %), as well as purity of desired sodium salt. n 1 cl, 3 dwg
