titleOfInvention | 4-n-[(dihydroxyphosphoryl)methyl]-6-(chloromethyl)-1,4,2-oxazaphosphorinane and method for production thereof |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 4-N-(dihydroxyphosphoryl)methyl-6-(chloromethyl)-1,4,2-oxazaphosphorinane, which can be used as organic semi-finished product for synthesis of polyfunctional chelants, of formula: . Proposed method comprises reaction of tetrasodium salt iminobis(methylphosphonic acid) with epichlorohydrin, taken in excess of 10 %, in an aqueous medium at room temperature with subsequent acidification of reaction mass and separation from evaporated reaction solution of end product by non-methanol precipitation with subsequent filtration of sediment of desired compound. Cleaning of 4-N-(dihydroxyphosphoryl)methyl-6-(chloromethyl)-1,4,2-oxazaphosphorinane is performed by recrystallization of glacial acetic acid. Precipitate is filtered and recrystallised from glacial acetic acid. n EFFECT: novel efficient method of producing a promising chemical product. n 3 cl, 1 ex |
