abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to denture adhesion compositions. Denture adhesive composition is disclosed, containing: a) denture adhesion component in amount of 20.0-70.0 wt% of denture adhesive composition; wherein denture adhesion component contains mixture of partial salt of copolymer of methyl vinyl ether-maleic acid or maleic anhydride and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, wherein partial salt of copolymer of alkyl vinyl ether-maleic acid or maleic anhydride contains cationic salt functional group, containing from 60 % to 72 % of calcium cations; from 0 % to 10 % of sodium cations; and from 20 % to 40 % of free acid component; and b) component increasing cohesion, in amount 0.1-2.0 wt% of denture adhesive composition; wherein component, increasing cohesion, is dibasic sodium phosphate. Version of composition is disclosed, which contains above components a) and b) in combination with component c), which is water-insoluble component in amount of 20-70 wt% of denture adhesion composition. n EFFECT: use of dibasic sodium phosphate in disclosed compositions provides higher cohesion of denture adhesive component at hydration. n 11 cl, 4 tbl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
