titleOfInvention Combined method of processing vanadium alloys
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of vanadium alloys, doped with group IVB elements, containing substitute elements Cr, W and embedding elements C, O, N in amount of not less than 0.04 wt%. Method includes homogenising annealing of alloy workpiece, multiple thermomechanical treatment, consisting of plastic deformation and annealing, diffusion doping with oxygen and final stabilising annealing at temperature 1,000-1,100 °C. Diffusion doping with oxygen after multiple thermomechanical treatment is carried out by heat treatment of workpieces in air at temperature not higher than 700 °C, duration of which is set at 1 minute or more depending on required concentration of oxygen, elementary and phase composition of treated alloy workpiece, as well as its shape and size. n EFFECT: higher strength while maintaining plasticity margin of alloys. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg
