abstract | FIELD: construction. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction or repair operations on railway track. For formation of reinforced polymer unloading zones in ballast prism liquid curable polymers are introduced in said zones or reactive polymer mixtures from mixer. Two distributing pipes with outlet opening are set in positions outside rails on the left, on the right, respectively, in gap between them so, that outlet holes were located near and at a certain distance on the side from front side (3) of sleeper (2), which unloading zone is subjected to strengthening. Both outlets are opened. Outlets of distributing pipes from position on the side of front side (3) of sleeper (2) are moved from inside to outside to corresponding end sides (4,4′) of sleeper (2) and along said end sides to the rear side (5) of sleeper (2). Holes are displaced from position on the side of rear side (5) of sleeper (2) along it in gap between rails (9, 9′). n EFFECT: possibility of ballast prism stabilization with simultaneous increase of its service life. n 1 cl, 4 dwg |
