abstract | FIELD: measuring equipment. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to measuring crystal for use with micro-fluid resistive circuit for performing analysis. Measuring crystal (100) for use with separate micro-fluid resistive circuit (20) has sample channel (104), wastes channel (114), dimensions of which are identical. Channel (104) passes between inlet hole (102) to receive sample flow from circuit (20) and outlet hole (106). At that, channel (104) includes measuring unit (120, 130) and has first fluid resistance. Channel (114) passes between inlet hole (112) to receive separate wastes flow from circuit (20) and outlet hole (116). At that, channel (114) has second fluid resistance. Micro-fluid device (200) includes flow resistive circuit (20), measuring crystal (100). Circuit (20) comprises micro-fluid sample preparation stage, sample output (42) and separate wastes output (44), both in fluid communication with preparation stage. Circuit (20) is made with possibility of separation from measuring crystal (100), in which channels (104) and (114) are in fluid communication with output (42) and separate output (44). Measuring Crystal (100) manufacturing method includes stages at which glass substrate is provided, forming channels (104) and (114) through glass substrate, forming measuring devices (120, 130) in sample channel. n EFFECT: enabling creation of micro-fluid device containing measuring crystal and micro-fluid circuit with flow control through micro-fluid device. n 13 cl, 8 dwg |
