titleOfInvention | Method of producing polymer sorbent |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer sorbents, used for localisation, elimination, collection and cleaning of contaminated medium from oil and oil products. Method of producing sorbent based on carbamide resin is performed by air-mechanical mixing of initial components and foaming. Resin emulsion prepared is a mixture of carbamide resin, furyl alcohol with waste from production of butadiene rubber, which is a solution, containing a surfactant in form of a mixture of alkyl sulphates and alkyl sulphonates and suspended particles of rubber. Method then includes adding fine dust of electrofilters from aluminium production into suspension. Homogeneous emulsion is then subjected to ozonation in a first stage reactor in presence of compressed air with subsequent curing of foamed mass with aqueous solution of inhibited hydrochloric acid in a second stage reactor. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a sorbent having high efficiency of cleaning. n 1 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex |
