abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and transfusion medicine and concerns detecting methods for assessing blood microcirculation recovery in treating patients with deep extremity frostbites. Method for assessing blood microcirculation recovery in patients with deep frostbites of extremities including assessment of values of platelet hemostasis - aggregative ability of thrombocytes during their induction with ADP, adrenaline, collagen and determination of blood viscosity, wherein if degree of thrombocyte aggregation with ADP is above 48 %, adrenalin - 45 %, collagen - 51 % and blood viscosity is 6.6 CP, irreversible hemorheology disorders of affected tissues are diagnosed, while at reduction of degree of thrombocyte aggregation with ADP to 39 %, adrenaline to 31 %, collagen to 42 % and blood viscosity to 5.1 CP, reduction of blood microcirculation, while maintaining viability of affected extremities is stated. n EFFECT: method described above is effective for assessment of blood microcirculation recovery in patients suffered deep extremity frostbites. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
