Loose disperse powder for use in animal fodder contains 2-90 wt%. of active compound on porous carrier, having surface area defined by BET (Brunauer-Emmet-Teller method), at least 10 m 2 /g, where carrier has D (v, 0.1) at least of 100 mqm and where active compound is selected from lactylate of formula (1), Formula (1): R2-COO-[-CH(CH 3 )-COO] n -R1, or its Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe (II), Zn, NH 4 or Cu (II) salts, glycolytate of formula (2), Formula (2): R2-COO-[-CH 2 -COO] n -R1, or its Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe (II), Zn, NH 4 or Cu (II) salts, lactic ester of formula (3), Formula (3): HO-CH(CH 3 )-COO-R2 and/or glycolic acid compound ether of formula (4), Formula (4): HO-CH 2 -COO-R2.
