titleOfInvention | Method of selecting duration of the therapeutic course with ceruloplasmin in patients with bronchial asthma |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and concerns a method of selecting duration of Ceruloplasmin therapy in patients with bronchial asthma. Proposed method consists in the fact that in the patients with bronchial asthma measured in blood supcrocsyd dismutase (SOD) and malonic aldehyde (MA) and their ratio MDA/SOD after treating by Ceruloplasmin in a dose of 100 mg intravenously 1 time a day for 7 days. When the ratio of MDA/SOD 5.03 Ceruloplasmin rate of antioxidant therapy is stopped, otherwise antioxidant therapy is continued for 3-4 days. n EFFECT: use of the method allows increase efficiency of therapy of bronchial asthma. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
