abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular - to cardiology and laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for prediction of aspirin resistance at patients with arterial hypertension associated with a high risk of cardiovascular complications, who is long receiving aspirin in a preventive dose. Method involves selection of blood and carrying out the analysis, from a venous blood allocate DNA, carry out polymerase chain reaction of synthesis of DNA, define a polymorphism of genes T1565S, of gene ITGB3, of platelet fibrinogen receptor and A66G, gene MTRR of methionine synthetase reductase; values of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 33 (IL 33), interleukin 10 (IL 10) are defined by method of a enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. If the CRP equal or exceeding 0.55 mg/ml, IL 33, equal to or greater than 0.5 pg/mL, and the absence of IL 10 in combination with genotype TC of gene ITGB3 and GG MTRR gene is predicted an aspirin resistance. n EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of reliability of detecting the patients with arterial hypertension for whom chronic ingestion more than 5 months of aspirin in a dose of 0,75 mg is ineffective. n 1 cl, 2 ex
