| abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, a method and a capsule for preparation of specified quantity of beverage from an extractable product. System contains a replaceable capsule, which includes an annular wall, a bottom and a cover. Wall, the bottom and the cover comprise an inner space containing the product being extracted. Receiver comprises impaling means for punching alternative capsule inlet area to create at least one inlet hole to feed fluid medium to the product being extracted.
