titleOfInvention Kit of synthetic oligonucleotides for diagnosing crohn's disease and nonspecific ulcerative colitis by detecting marker sections of bacterial dna by polymerase chain reaction
abstract FIELD: biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Kit of synthetic oligonucleotides is described for detecting marker sections of genes of bacteria of human bowel associated with developing inflammatory intestinal diseases (Crohn's disease and nonspecific ulcerative colitis) by real time polymerase chain reaction. This kit includes specific oligonucleotides to fragments of genes of microorganism Escherichia coli, namely primers: 1. 5′-TATGAGCAGTCGCTTACCCG-3′ and 5′-GTCGTCGGTATGTCCTGCTT-3′; 2. 5′-CGTTAACCCGCTGTGGTAGT-3′ and 5′-CTACCGAGCCATCTTCCAGC-3′; 3. 5′-GCGTTCAGAGCAAAACCCAG-3′ and 5′-TAAAAGACGGGAAGCAGCCA-3′; 4. 5′-GGGCCGATATACAGGTGGTG-3′ and 5′-TCCTCAGGCATAAAGACGGC-3′; 5. 5′-GTATCTCGTCTCCTGGCTGC-3′ and 5′-GCCAGCCATCCACCAGTAAT-3′; 6. 5′-GTATAGATCCGTCAGGTGCAT-3′ and 5′-ACCTTCTGTTCCTGAAGCCC-3′. Intercalating dye SYBR GREEN I is used as fluorescent mark. n EFFECT: invention is reliable method of detecting presence of human intestinal microbiota markers associated with development of Crohn's disease and nonspecific ulcerative colitis. n 1 cl
