abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used for treating chronic obstructive bronchitis. For this purpose, receiving inhaled bronchodilators, not earlier than 30 minutes after their administration, surfactant BL is also used, administrated by inhalation daily once a day in an amount of 20-25 mg for 10-12 days, wherein dose of inhaled bronchodilators is reduced up to their cancellation and inhalation of surfactant BL is continued every second day in a dose of 10 mg per inhalation up to relief of symptoms; in case of disease exacerbation additional daily 5-6 inhalations of 25 mg of surfactant BL are made, if necessary, with use of inhaled bronchodilators. n EFFECT: method enables prolonging remission up to 2 years and more at decreased frequency of exacerbations and reduction of receiving bronchodilators. n 1 cl, 2 ex
