abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmology, particularly to methods of surgical treatment of endothelial-epithelial corneal dystrophy (EED), resistant to conservative treatment, accompanied by severe corneal syndrome and endangering removal of eyeball. Corneal incision is performed at a depth of 1/2 thickness stroma. Incision is made perpendicular to corneal surface 2 mm from a limb in accordance with clock dial plate from 10 h to 1 h. Layering corneal stroma, forming an intra-stroma pocket with diameter 6.5 mm, in which is introduced disc-like transplant from solid titanium nickelide alloy with diameter of 6.0 mm, curved along a corneal curvature with central hole with diameter of 1.5 mm.
