abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to recycling method for spent lubricants, which involves distillation of water and light hydrocarbon fractions from raw material, raw material treatment with atmospheric air and extraction of aliphatic solvent, treatment with atmospheric air, with simultaneous water and light hydrocarbon fractions recovery, is carried out at 100-300 °C and atmospheric pressure, and further extraction of oil fractions aliphatic solvent at temperature 90-95 °C, pressure of 65-75 kg/cm 2 and solvent / oil weight ratio (4-5):1 respectively. n EFFECT: proposed invention consists in providing a sufficient level of cleaning spent lubricant materials from metal-containing derivatives contained in additives, degumming and deasphaltizing, with simultaneous production of components of oil bitumen, expanded resource base for processes of oil reworking - obtaining raw material components for catalytic cracking and delayed coking plants, reduction in harmful emissions and discharges to environment, cheapening and simplification of spent lubricant materials recycling process. n 5 cl, 1 dwg, 5 tbl, 8 ex
