abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing pyridine and methylpyridines, which are widely used in production of medicinal agents, herbicides, corrosion inhibitors, rubber vulcanisation accelerators, etc. Method involves reaction of ethanol, formaldehyde and ammonia in presence of mesoporous aluminium silicates at 200-400 °C and volume rate of supply of raw material (w) equal to 2-7 h -1 , molar ratio of ethanol: formaldehyde: ammonia is 1.0:0.4-1.2:1.5-5.0. n EFFECT: using present method enables to obtain pyridines at lower temperature with high output and low content of reaction products of "heavy" compounds, which are reason for coke formation and fast catalyst deactivation. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 tbl, 10 ex |
