abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to endocrinology, and describes method of producing microcapsules based on hydrogel containing Sertoli cells (SC), microcapsules containing SC, and application of microcapsules based on hydrogel containing SC. Method is characterised by obtaining homogeneous suspension SC, which purity in cell composition is more than 90 %, in salted solution of super pure sodium alginate in concentration from 1 to 5 % wt/Vol, sucked off suspension at rate of 10-60 ml/min, and suspension is introduced in needle-shaped element, produced by means of fluid flow generator, where said fluid is air is extrusion of suspension inside needle-shaped element by means of discharge of fluid medium flow rate of 3-7 l/min, as result of which continuous flow of micro drops having identical dimensions, introduction of micro drops flow in water solution containing bivalent cations or polycationic substance, which leads to gel formation and production of microcapsules, whose size is equal to 300-500 mqm. n EFFECT: microcapsules based on hydrogel containing SC, are used for prevention and/or treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM T1). n 7 cl, 9 dwg |
