FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is related to immunology. Disclosed is a method of screening molecules able to bind to Ig-like domain C2-type 1 human CD4, namely with amino acid residues in positions 148-154, 164-168 and 185-192. There are also disclosed methods for preparing therapeutic composition; method for screening the antibody or its fragment; antibodies are produced based on the antibody VT061, and fragments thereof; recovered peptide of human CD4; mimotope; as well as a nucleic acid, expression vector, host cell and method for producing the antibody according to the invention; pharmaceutical composition and methods of treating an individual suffering autoimmune disease or graft rejection, or preventing the aforementioned; method for in vitro activation of regulatory t-cells; using the antibody or fragment thereof for preparing a drug and for activation of regulatory t-cells; use of the extracted peptide or mimotope for screening; method for screening of the presence of regulatory t-cells in the sample; a kit for extraction of regulatory t-cells. n EFFECT: present invention is related to a novel epitope of human CD4 and can be used in medicine. n 56 cl, 12 dwg, 7 tbl, 2 ex |
