abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of butadiene homopolymers and copolymers of butadiene with styrene. Method involves polymerisation of respective monomers in a medium of hydrocarbon solvent in presence of initiating system based on an organolithium compound and modifying additive based on a mixture of amine-containing alcoholates of barium, potassium, sodium (or lithium), calcium (or magnesium) in equivalent ratio of barium:potassium:sodium (or lithium):calcium (or magnesium) equal to 1:[0.05-4.0]:[0.05-1.0]:[0.05-1.0], wherein polymerisation step additionally includes adding an electron donor and process is carried out in molar ratio of organolithium compound: electron donor: modifying additive equal to 1.0:[0.01-2.0]:[0.2-2.0]. Technical result is possibility of synthesis of polymers in a wide range of molecular weight (weight-average molecular weight from 100×10 3 to 700×10 3 g/mol), with controlled content of 1,2-links in butadiene part (from 9 to 85 %) and content of gel fraction less than 0.050 %. n EFFECT: possibility of synthesis of polymers in a wide range of molecular weight. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 10 ex |
