abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following components per 100 cm 3 of ready product: carbohydrate additive - 4.0-5.5 g and polycomponent concentrate for “Effect” beverage containing natural complex of nutrients from herbal mixture containing extractives of haw berries - 0.125-0.160 g, ginger root - 0.038-0.047 g, celery leaves - 0.300-0.400 g, marjoram herb - 0.065-0.150 g and cottonweed grass - 0.068-0.076 g. Additionally, the beverage contains per 100 cm 3 of ready product: extractive substances from rhodiola rosea infusion - 0.070-0.080 g, dihydroquercetin - 0.0090-0.010 g and apple vinegar - 0.050-070 g, dry substances of culinary salt - 0.058-0.065 g, sodium benzoate - 0.015-0.0172 g, “Isindi” natural flavouring agent - 0.065-0.075 g, carbon dioxide - 0.200-0.420 g and the rest - drinking water. n EFFECT: this allows to produce a beverage with harmonious piquant taste complemented with aroma flavour, thirst-quenching, invigorating and promoting comfort and balance in the body, and also provides extended range of natural beverages with preventive action. n 1 cl, 3 ex
