abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following components per 100 cm 3 of ready product: carbohydrate additive - 4.0-5.5 g and polycomponent concentrate for “Effect” beverage containing natural complex of nutrients from herbal mixture containing extractives of haw berries - 0.125-0.160 g, ginger root - 0.038-0.047 g, celery leaves - 0.300-0.400 g, marjoram herb - 0.065-0.150 g and cottonweed grass - 0.068-0.076 g.
