abstract FIELD: medicine; chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curable compositions for treating open wounds. Curable composition apportioned between at least one part A and at least one part B of composition, where at least one part A comprises: (i) polydiorganosiloxane polymer including alkenyl-containing links, at least one part B includes: (ii) one or more SiH-containing polymer, including at least one or at least two SiH links or groups per molecule; and composition also contains: (iii) a catalyst for curing by linking polydiorganosiloxane polymer containing alkenyl-containing links (i) to SiH-containing polymer (ii), and optionally (iv) gas-forming agent selected from any gas-releasing agent, as a component of reaction or during curing reaction; where polymer (ii) is absent in part A and polymer (i) is absent in part B of composition or segment includes a trace amount of polymer (i), expressed as molar ratio (Si-H link or group)/(alkenyl link or group) greater than or equal to 2,000.
