| abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology and neurology. Method comprises performing ultrasound inspection of heart, including contrast echocardiography (C-EchoCG) with contrasting of right cardiac chambers. When performing C-EchoCG, method includes further alternating provocative functional stress tests, which are discontinued upon detecting valley penetration of portion contrast micro-bubbles from right atrium into systemic circulation.
