titleOfInvention | Method for producing solid deicing material based on table salt and calcined calcium chloride (versions) |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deicing materials and can be used for obtaining solid deicing material with low corrosion activity. Method for producing solid deicing material comprises mechanical mixing of crystalline salt, culinary rock salt of Class I, crystalline calcined calcium chloride of first technical grade, crystalline metal corrosion inhibitors, crystalline surfactant, and crystalline acidity regulator. During production of deicing material each component of corrosion inhibitor is saturated with heavy isotopes of carbon 13 C so that ratio of carbon isotopes 13 C to total amount of carbon in component equals to 0.005 to 0.75. Also each component of corrosion inhibitor is saturated with heavy isotopes of nitrogen 15 N so that ratio of nitrogen isotopes 15 N to total amount of nitrogen in component equals to 0.0001 to 0.1375. n EFFECT: invention provides increase of effectiveness of corrosion inhibitor in obtained solid deicing material without deterioration of its deicing properties. n 5 cl, 4 dwg, 69 tbl |
