abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to removal of volatile compounds from fluid containing halogenated butyl rubber. Method involves following steps: a) processing fluid containing halogenated butyl rubber and, at least one volatile compound in concentrating plant containing heater (2), degassing vessel (4) and evaporative pipeline (4.1), to produce concentrated fluid, b) repeated heating of obtained concentrated fluid in repeated heating plant (6) to obtain repeatedly heated concentrated fluid medium and c) feeding heated again concentrated fluid into extruder. n EFFECT: this method is continuous, energy-saving, environmentally and economically favourable and enables to obtain halogenated butyl rubber, substantially free of volatile compounds. n 14 cl, 12 dwg, 10 tbl, 23 ex
