abstract FIELD: chemistry; optics. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to optical chemical sensors for determination of organophosphorous compounds. Method of making an optical chemical sensor for determination of organophosphorous compounds with a sol-gel comprises following steps: adding tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and methyltriethoxysilane (MTriEOS) to a Coumarin 1 indicator, dissolved in 10 -7 M ethanol; stirring in an ultrasonic bath for 10 minutes, then adding a catalyst solution in form of 0.001 M HCl and stirring in an ultrasonic bath for 20 minutes; making coatings on glass slides by immersing glass slides in sol after 24 h of sol aging in a closed container at room temperature, pulling out slides with subsequent removal of coating layer on one side of slide and drying for 24 h at room temperature to form a membrane. Also disclosed is an optical chemical sensor for determining organophosphates with a membrane produced by sol-gel technique using said method. n EFFECT: higher reliability and service life of sensor. n 2 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg
