abstract FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the method and device for production of elastomeric mixtures. Method of producing tires, in which multiple structural elements of buses, one of which contains an elastomeric mixture. Elastomeric mixture is produced when manufacturing this structural element, working parameters of the mixing extruder are determined, elastomeric mixture is converted into pieces of adjustable dimensions and these pieces are continuously fed into mixing extruder, which processes them continuously. With that, values are detected indicating the degree of filling of the mixing extruder and adjusting the rate of conversion of the elastomeric mixture in pieces to maintain the detected value within predetermined limits of the predefined value. Detected value is the torque of screws of the mixing extruder and/or detected value is the filling level of the input of the receiver of the mixing extruder. n EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of elastomeric mixture. n 31 cl, 18 dwg, 1 ex
