titleOfInvention Method for development of deep water-flooded deposit of oolitic waste of ironstone ores
abstract FIELD: mining. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, specifically to geotechnical method for extraction of solid mineral deposits by underground leaching. Method for development of deep water-flooded deposit waste of ironstone oolitic ores by means of underground leaching of useful components comprises drilling geotechnical wells of production section at mesh formed by alternating parallel rows of injection and extraction wells, drilled across flow direction of flooded formation of mineral pressure flow, preparation of geotechnical wells to production of minerals, pumping leaching agent through injection well into formation of minerals, dissolution of useful components of ore with formation of productive solution, output onto day surface of obtained product of solution through extraction wells. Preparation of injection wells to production of minerals in surface part of downhole equipment is performed by connection to head of each well vessel with leaching agent, which is equipped with shutoff and control valves, including gate valve operating on liquid inlet leaching agent through well into formation of minerals. Preparation of extraction wells to production of minerals in surface part of downhole equipment is performed by connection to head of each well empty collection vessel, which is equipped with shutoff and control valves, including gate valve, working on output of productive solution of mineral bed through well into a collecting tank. To feed liquid leaching agent into formation of minerals and output of productive solution to day surface, regular daily action of tidal wave of ground surface above deposit is used by switching valve of extraction well in period of earth tide and switching valve of injection well in period of low tide. For cases when value of pressure of flow, flooding formation of minerals, above level of day surface of earth, vessel with leaching agent of injection well is arranged so that bottom of vessel is above level of well spring of amplitude of tidal wave, and container for collection of productive solution of extraction well is arranged so that its upper part is below level of well spring by amplitude of tidal wave. n EFFECT: improving leaching efficiency and environmental friendliness of process of underground leaching. n 5 cl, 7 dwg
