abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer gels and methods for their production, namely to macroporous media based on gelatin, which can be applied to biotechnology, cell technology, and tissue engineering. Composition includes gelatine and solvent. Solvent used is dimethyl sulphoxide, which can additionally contain polymer additive, e.g. hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulphate, agarose, polyvinyl alcohol, poly(N-vinyl-pyrrolidone) or/and dispersed filler. n EFFECT: technical result is prevention of destruction of primary gelatine gel, obtaining larger gelatin vehicles, high sterility of target materials, high processability. n 6 cl, 14 dwg, 2 tbl
