titleOfInvention Method for production of flavoured textile material
abstract FIELD: textile. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and considers a method of production of flavoured textile material. Method involves treatment of the material with a microemulsion containing microcapsules formed from a polymer compound with essential oils encapsulated in them, extraction and subsequent fixation of the microcapsules on the material surface, final extraction and drying. Microemulsion is prepared as follows: the impregnation bath is filled with water, wherein in series introduced are: anion surfactant 2-5 g/l, nonionic surfactant 0.1-1.0 g/l, natural or synthetic essential oil or fragrant substance 1-10 g/l, the reduced volume is brought to 1 l with water, mixed to produce homogeneous emulsion; then the produced emulsion is added with 3-7 wt% of cationic polyelectrolyte and again everything is thoroughly stirred, then the textile material is lowered into the impregnation bath, held for 15-30 sec for impregnation with the prepared emulsion and squeezed. Fixation of the microcapsules on the material surface is performed by its processing at room temperature during 30-60 sec with anionic polyelectrolyte of the concentration of 5-10 g/l to make interpolyelectrolytic complex due to forces of electrostatic interaction, then one more squeezing. n EFFECT: invention provides increased toughness of aroma, higher safety of the textile material and optimizing the process of producing emulsion. n 4 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
