FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition for drinking after its recovery, made in form of tablet, and to use of such composition. Composition contains 10 to 30 wt% of fat from 7 to 25 wt% of protein and from 30 to 70 wt% of carbohydrates of total composition weight, wherein carbohydrates include food fibres in amount of 1 to 15 wt% of total composition weight. Tablet has strength from 15 N (Newton) up to 250 N (Newton).
