abstract | FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: method of transportation and storage of plant products in hermetically sealed rooms or closed containers consists in treatment of them with ozone-air mixture with ozone concentration 25-35 mg/m 3 at exposition 2.85-3.15 hours at temperature 12-16 °C and relative humidity 40-60 %. When processing concentration of air ions "n +" in ozone-air mixture from 40,000 to 50,000 ion/cm 3 is provided. Room or container is filled with products at 90-99 % of volume. After processing by ozone-air mixture helium is fed into closed room or closed container. Excessive pressure in the range of 1.2 to 1.5·10 4 PA is provided. During transportation or storage of products electric current is fed through gas medium of the room with products or containers with products and illumination colour is visually controlled. Colour change from yellow to bright-green is marked identifying helium concentration decrease and air concentration increase inside the room or container, after that additional helium is fed into the room or container and excessive pressure is brought to the value above. n EFFECT: invention provides higher safety of plant products, as well as possibility of gas mixture rapid testing on content of helium and air. n 1 cl, 3 tbl |
