FIELD: pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a method of producing recombinant strain Escherichia coli N106 (pM.AgsI). Recombinant bacterial strain Escherichia coli N106 (pM.AgsI) is obtained by transformation of cells of Escherichia coli strain RR1 plasmid pM.AgsI-106, producing DNA-methyltransferase M.AgsI, recognising DNA nucleotide sequence 5′-TTSAA-3′ and methylating external residue of adenine of said sequence to form a 5′-TTSA (m6A)-3′. n EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain recombinant strain Escherichia coli N106 (pM_AgsI) producing highly active DNA methyltransferase of given specificity. n 1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
