FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elastomeric nanocomposites, which are used as a barrier for air. Elastomeric nanocomposite contains: (a) an elastomer, containing links based on isoolefins containing 4 to 7 carbon atoms, and has a viscosity-average molecular weight from 400,000 to 2,000,000; (b) 10 parts/100 parts rubber graphitised carbon black with average particle size from 10 to 95 nm; (c) from 5 to 20 parts/100 parts rubber smectite or nanoclay of smectite type. Product containing nanocomposite has permeability coefficient equal to 80.0 cm 3 mm/(m 2 ×day) or less at 40 °C. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain articles with improved gas impermeability. n 14 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex |
