abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Changed mucous membrane of posterior wall of larynx (pachydermia of interarytenoid area of larynx) is exposed to surgical diode laser apparatus. Patient is conscious. After local anaesthesia with 10 % lidocaine solution by laryngeal mirror under control of a microscope in cavity of larynx a light guide is introduced. Exposure is contact in continuous mode with power from 2 to 4 W to complete evaporation of formation. n EFFECT: method allows to prevent excessive damage to underlying tissues, as quickly as possible to restore vocal function in treating pachydermia of interarytenoid area of larynx. n 1 cl, 2 ex, 4 dwg
