abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes a two-component polyurethane and/or polyurethane polyurea hybrid based system for making a material, such as an elastomer and/or plastic, comprising an iso component having low content of free monomer and an amine/polyol component, wherein iso component comprises an MDI based pre-polymer with low content of free MDI monomer and capped with isocyanate groups of toluene diisocyanate, where pre-polymer contains less than about 0.3 % total free monomer and has an NCO% in range of about 0.1 to about 10 %.
