abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food industry, specifically to method and device for seeds separation from fruit pulp, peel obtained in form of wastes in production of juices, and particularly from apple pomace. Method comprises adding to vessel (1) apple pomace and water in a specific ratio, mixing with using mixer (6, 8) with optimum number of rpm for a sufficient period, while enabling deposition with subsequent additional agitation. Seeds are separated from pomace based on differences in bulk density. Seedless pomace is extracted from horizontal (13) or inclined (14) projections. Seeds accumulated in accumulation chamber for seeds are removed through bottom valve (11). Seed catcher (15) made in inclined outlet (14), helps to hold seeds in vessel (1). Seedless pomace is extracted by filtration from water.
