FIELD: packaging industry. n SUBSTANCE: package comprises the chamber in which a beverage or food product is prepared by adding water to a composition for preparing the beverage or food product, an inlet opening for adding water to the chamber and an outlet opening for discharging the prepared product. The composition for preparing a beverage or food product comprises one or more ingredients of the beverage or food product and means promoting preparing, which comprises a plurality of bodies formed from a substantially insoluble and impermeable material.
