abstract FIELD: printing. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer intermediate sheets for multilayer glass panels and systems, methods and devices for direct polymer melt sheet stamping. Disclosed is a continuous, single-step stamping unit consisting of two engraved rolls with controlled temperature, which is located immediately after an extrusion head in process of producing multilayer laminated glass panels and which enables double simultaneous stamping both sides of sheet of polymer melt. Also disclosed is a textured polymer intermediate plate with a first side, a second side and embossed surface on at least one side with surface roughness Rz from 10 to 90 mcm on embossed surface resistance of more than 95 % during testing at 100 °C for 5 minutes and ability to retain embossed surface more than 70 % when testing at 140 °C for 5 minutes. n EFFECT: invention provides a polymer intermediate sheet with increased permanence, embossed retention values and decreased incidence of mottle and stack sticking peel force values. n 20 cl, 7 dwg, 3 tbl
