titleOfInvention | Method for automatic switching of electric circuits and device therefor |
abstract | FIELD: electricity. n SUBSTANCE: method for automatic switching of electric circuits includes connection of current-conducting elements to each other with formation of continuous electric circuit with help of auxiliary element in form of a fusible electroconductive substance, as well as heating assembly to melting temperature of said substance. Connection of current-conducting elements of electric circuits, one of which is a first cylindrical electrode which is introduced into cavity of second electrode made as mating part of first electrode, in base of which is built electric igniter is performed by placing in inter-contact space of connected elements of electric circuits as an auxiliary element of thermally fusible starting material for producing electroconductive substance (IMPV) in form of two layers separated by dielectric layer made of a nickel (II) oxide layer, deposited on a bearing layer of copper. IMPV is made of pyrotechnic composition in form of a mixture of metal-inhibitor in form of powdered copper metal-reducing agent -or aluminium, zirconium, or titanium and copper oxide. n EFFECT: technical result is providing a fast and reliable electrical circuit by producing durable indestructible connections and thermal stability of assembly at operating temperatures higher than 300 °C. n 2 cl, 1 dwg |
