FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to oncology, and can be used in combined and integrated treatment of cervical cancer patients. First stage includes selective intra-arterial chemoembolisation. Carboplatin is fed into each uterine artery. Immediately after that, chemoembolisation of uterine arteries is performed with help of HepaSphere microspheres saturated with carboplatin, where total dose of preparation does not exceed dose required for chemotherapy. n EFFECT: method provides for improved treatment results for patients with cervical cancer of IB2-IVA stages. n 4 cl, 1 ex |
