abstract | FIELD: aviation. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, space and rocket engineering and can be used in production of heat-resistant broadband radar absorbent materials (RAM) for protection against electromagnetic radiation. Water-alcohol dispersion of graphite, containing ammonium hydroxide, 5-10 wt% dispersion medium and more than 5 wt% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol, is subjected to wet grinding and stabilised.
