abstract FIELD: aviation. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, space and rocket engineering and can be used in production of heat-resistant broadband radar absorbent materials (RAM) for protection against electromagnetic radiation. Water-alcohol dispersion of graphite, containing ammonium hydroxide, 5-10 wt% dispersion medium and more than 5 wt% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol, is subjected to wet grinding and stabilised. Graphite particles are split into layers and activated by ultrasound in cavitation conditions with transmission of direct current with voltage of 0.4-0.6 V in presence of hydrogen peroxide and iodine. n EFFECT: invention improves adhesion of plate-like graphite to ultrathin glass fibres and prevents harmful evaporation. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl, 10 ex
