abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transplant, it may be used in preparing young children to the ABO-incompatible liver transplantation. With the initial titers of natural antibodies of group-full group-immune antibodies parent group-immune antibodies equal or less than 1:32, the recipient daily pour 60-300 ml of fresh frozen plasma group AB(IV). While maintaining for 2-4 weeks titer of at least one kind of group-specific antibodies than the specified plasmapheresis carried out with complete replacement of the circulating plasma volume of fresh frozen plasma group AB(IV), group-supervising titers of antibodies capable of reacting with group agglutination donor antigens.
