abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for fish and vegetable preserves. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. One performs fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, speck cutting and frying, cutting skinned fillet of salted fish. Listed components are mixed. One mixes drinking water, acetic acid, sugar, salt, sodium benzoate, hot black pepper, allspice, cloves and nutmeg to produce marinade.
