abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and ophthalmology. Method involves administering through intraaxillary approach device comprising a T-shaped titanium mini plate with oval opening in the middle of the vertical part and two holes for screws at the ends of horizontal part. To the end of vertical part of the T-shaped titanium mini plate is connected by means of hinge type loop long part of L-shaped titanium mini plate having holes for thread for attachment of a silicone unit in the long part. At transition of horizontal part of the T-shaped titanium mini plate in vertical from inside by second hinge type loop connected direct titanium mini plate opposite end rests against the bend L-shaped titanium mini plate. Direct titanium mini plate has threaded hole made in the middle of a projection of the oval opening vertical part of the T-shaped titanium mini plate. Device is introduced through intraaxillary approach, a horizontal part of the T-shaped titanium mini plate to front wall of maxillary sinus by means of screws. Additionally, the external front wall of maxillary sinus is mill hole at the level of oval holes vertical part of the t-shaped titanium mini plate is screw length 15-20 mm through oval hole in the vertical part of the t-shaped titanium mini plate and threaded hole in the direct titanium mini plate. In screwing screw length 15-20 mm is approximation of direct titanium mini plate to vertical part of the T-shaped titanium mini plate, due to its rotation in the second hinge joint, the end straight titanium mini plate, resting in bending L-shaped titanium mini plate, it in motion by turning it in the first pivot joint lifting long part with the silicone unit and an eyeball. In the postoperative period if displacement of the pupillary line is incised in the area of the screw head length 15-20 mm, is screwed, thus adjusting the position of the L-shaped titanium mini plate with the silicone unit and an eyeball. n EFFECT: method enables to adjust the position of the eyeball during the surgical intervention, and in the postoperative period; achieving stable and reliable fixation of bone fragments; prevents injury of dental roots and infraorbital nerve. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
