titleOfInvention Method of producing heat-insulating material
abstract FIELD: construction. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laminar materials for heat insulation for use in industrial and civil construction as lining structures in order to endow them with heat-insulating, fire-resistant and sound insulation properties. Method of producing heat insulating material is flow method by combined feed heating carpet base 1, which are taken out of mineral materials or basalt fibre, reinforcing 2 and protective 3 layers, attachment of layers with each other by heating, cooling and cutting finished mat in specified size, reinforcing layer 2 is fibreglass mesh with surface density of 30-250 g/m 2 , which is coated on both sides with a solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin 4 and placed on base 1, and as a protective layer 3 is heat resistant woven materials, which are laid on reinforcing layer 2. Connection of layers with each other is carried out in chamber 5 with platform laminating with rolls 6 and 7 at conveyor enter said layers with the fibreglass mesh 2 preliminary passed through bath with solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin 8. Polymer binder when curing forms adhesive layers 4. Protective layer used is fibreglass mat, or glass fibre or cotton fabric, or basalt or silica fabric or other known for that purpose material. Layers are glued to each other in chamber 5, heated to temperature of 160-200 °C to produce laminar heat insulation material 9. n EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of costs for manufacture and installation of heat-insulating material while improving quality of obtained material and extension of its use. n 2 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
