Method includes at least following steps: shaping at least one gasket (7) from plastic material, containing one or several inserts (1, 2); formation of at least one item (44, 48, 52) of composite material containing at least gasket (7); mechanical treatment of at least one (1) of inserts (1, 2) for forming at least one threaded hole (45).
